Drinking our calories is an issue that many of us have. Aside from fruit juice, and caffeinated drinks that carry the calorie load of full meals, soda (or pop if you’re from the midwest, like me) is a huge reason we may have issues with losing weight. This may help gradually decrease your soda intake while increasing your water consumption.
