Through over 20 years of education and experience I have developed the ability to create individualized programs, encourage behavior change, and provide nutrition guidance that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating tips, food monitoring, a customized regimen, access to my mobile fitness app, and email/phone/video support/coaching to ensure the best results for my clients. I work with you to keep you focused and motivated to reach your goals.
Adapting new fitness habits takes time. My goal is to encourage you to make small incremental changes that will lead to major results.
