I have had a love for sports and fitness since I was a little girl. This was an advantage for me, because I was one of the rare college freshman that chose the right major the first time around! This means that my experience in kinesiology dates back over 20 years! I've trained collegiate athletes, semi-professional athletes, weekend warriors, military personnel, dads, moms, and teens from everything from sports conditioning to rehab. Rest assured that if you work with me, you're getting a knowledgeable professional.
Starting a fitness routine can be intimidating! Especially when you're a busy parent, juggling work, a career, and kids! Throw a spouse in there, or an attempt to have a balanced social life, and it's amazing that ANY of us have the time to work on our fitness. I understand the struggle that it is to juggle home life (especially as a mom of 3) with trying to maintain a fitness regimen! Not only do I coach you through the everyday pitfalls, I've fallen victim to them myself, and will give you PROVEN tricks from me or previous clients.
Adapting new fitness habits takes time. I'm not going to try to sell you a quick fix through the recent social media craze. My goal is to encourage you to make small incremental changes that will lead to major results. I strongly believe that if you can consistently improve your daily habits, you can CHANGE YOUR LIFE! This really is a journey; it wont happen overnight, but I'm here - helping you Make the Journey - every step of the way.
