This subscription is ideal for people that are motivated to work out, but need to some guidance. With your monthly fee, you'll get new workouts each month, and a group check in call! Just choose between gym workouts (using weight and cardio machines) or home workouts (using small equipment -bands, straps, etc.), set your schedule and workout at your convenience.! With the VIP option, you'll get an extra check in call plus workouts, and a meal plan. I'll use your completed form to send you a payment link, and you'll be able to get start on your fitness journey ASAP!
